Thanks to YourCharlie, your customer agrees to give up his image rights before answering your questions on video, by pressing the “I record my testimonial” button.
It is impossible for your customer to record a video testimonial without first agreeing to assign his or her image rights to your company. This transfer of rights is specific to each testimonial and each person.
It authorizes you to use the image of your customer contained in this video testimonial only and to distribute it for 3 years.
Once this period has elapsed, you will be obliged to ask him/her again for a transfer of image rights to continue using his/her testimonial, or to stop all use of this video testimonial.
